This company is excellent! They did a wonderful job for us creating a screened porch/deck to replace a dinky builder grade deck. Their designs and experience in this renovation niche very much impressed us and we are so glad we chose thus company! They helped us select the best look and products for the porch, which are beautiful and will be easy to maintain. It fits our home as if it were part of the original structure. Our home, bought as a resale in 2001, had a 17 year old deck spanning the entire length of the lake house that needed replacement. We worked with them on appropriate produce selection that would meet our goals. We selected Trex new product which is excellent after 4 months. The railings, black powder coated, had a unique top section that provided a very appealing look. Peachtree Decks and Porches helped redesign the wide stairways which felt too steep while minimizing the financial impact on the project. Their crew was excellent, providing some suggested minor changes as the project progressed which improved the final project. It is not often that I don’t have a list of complaints when undertaking a major renovation, but this is clearly one of them – a job well done. I would only use Peachtree Decks and Porches in the future on deck and porch projects.

Thanks Peachtree Decks and Porches for our beautiful Azek deck. We knew when we started planning our new deck that we did not want another deck that looked like it was built out of scrap lumber. What we got from Peachtree is a deck with white railings, black metal spindles; Azek decking that matches the brick on our home and much more. We also had the deck made watertight creating an additional outdoor space under the deck that is amazing – white columns, beaded board ceiling, ceiling fan, crown molding, etc. The quality and workmanship can’t be beat. We had a specific idea of a deck we had in mind and did a lot of research on deck companies. After talking with Peachtree, I knew we found the right company and didn’t feel the need to shop around. We wanted a slate top deck that was to go over a patio, so we needed a watertight deck. It was a design that they hadn’t tried before, so we figured out how it was possible and went from there. The finished deck really took on the look of the house and added a huge amount of interest. Our under-deck patio area now is beautifully done and has a hot tub.

I highly recommend them. They gave me ideas for my deck project that I hadn’t even thought of and that the other company that I got a quote from didn’t think of either. They listened to what I wanted and came up with a plan to get me the deck I wanted within my budget constraints.

Peachtree finished our project almost two months ago and my husband and I are extremely happy with the final product. Peachtree just finished a 1200 sq.ft. deck of Ipe with a substantial structure and some elevations of up to 15' above ground. The deck is certainly the best quality of construction that I have ever witnessed, and being an engineer I have seen a few. His flexibility and eagerness to work with my design input was a huge plus.
