How a Peachtree Project Runs
An ambitious custom project involves a hundred decisions, and they should all be yours. Here's how we get you through them, and what happens at every stage.
The Peachtree Decks Promise
The Design Comes First
We won’t quote you off a photo. A proper design gets drawn for your house first, and the number that follows is attached to something real you can look at and change.
A Hundred Decisions, All Yours
Materials, layout, railings, lighting, the lot. We lay out the options and give you our honest opinion, then you decide. A contractor who skips this is guessing at what you want.

Our Process in Six Steps
Step 1: The First Conversation
It starts on the phone. We’ll talk through what you’re imagining, look at photos of the space, and be upfront about budget early, because that saves us both time.
Step 2: On-Site Visit
We come out and walk the yard with you. The grade, the access, the sightlines, how the house sits on the lot. This is usually where we start seeing what the space is really capable of.
Step 3: Design Agreement
A custom project starts with a design agreement. That’s what puts our drawing board, our engineering, and our years of doing this to work on your house specifically.
Step 4: The Design Center
You come to us in Woodstock. Your project goes up in 3D on the big screen and we walk through it together, with the actual decking, railing, and material samples in your hands. Nothing is rushed. We stay in it until the plan is one you’re genuinely excited about.
Step 5: Construction
Our crew takes over, and everything moves into your JobTread portal, the schedule, the photos, the selections, the invoices. Most builds run about six weeks. Around the halfway mark, Greg reaches out himself to hear how it’s going.
Step 6: The Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished project together, go through the details and the care, and hand over the warranty. Then it’s yours.
Nothing Is Built Until You've Seen It
Book a consultation. We’ll walk the yard, draw it up, and show you exactly what you’re getting before a single decision is final.
