A custom outdoor space is a serious investment, and how you pay for it should be a choice rather than a constraint. We offer financing through GreenSky®, so you can structure the cost in the way that suits you and get the project underway.

How It Works

We partner with GreenSky, one of the most widely used home improvement financing programs in the country, with loans provided by federally insured banks. The application is quick, handled online or over the phone, and you’ll typically have an answer within minutes rather than days.

From there, it’s straightforward: you choose from the available plans, the project proceeds on our normal schedule, and the financing runs quietly in the background while we build.

All financing is subject to credit approval. Plans and terms vary, and we’ll point you to the current options during your consultation.

Worth Knowing

Plenty of our clients don’t finance at all, and plenty who could pay outright choose to anyway, because spreading the investment keeps their cash where they want it. There’s no wrong answer here. Our job is to make sure the payment structure never gets between you and the space you actually want, and that you understand every term before you sign anything.

Whatever you decide, the design process, the build, and the five-year workmanship warranty are exactly the same.
