Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our projects start around $30,000 and rise with size, materials, and the site itself. We’re upfront about this in the very first phone call, because your time matters and so does ours. Once we’ve seen your space, you get an itemized estimate with nothing vague in it.
Most builds run about six weeks once the design is settled and permits are in hand. Before construction starts you’ll have a realistic timeline, and you can follow the progress from your phone the whole way through.
It starts with a phone call about what you have in mind and whether we’re the right fit. From there we visit your property, put a design agreement in place, and bring you into our Design Center in Woodstock to see the project in 3D and settle every selection. Then we build it. Premium products from Trex, TimberTech, MoistureShield, and Deckorators, along with cedar, Eze-Breeze window systems, Equinox louvered roofs, and Fortress products. We carry no obligation to any single brand, so the recommendation you get is the honest one for your home.
All of it. We pull the permits, build to local codes, and carry the project through inspection. None of it lands on you.
Every project carries our five-year workmanship warranty, in writing.
We do, through GreenSky, with a quick online application and a range of plans. The details are on our Financing page, and we’ll gladly walk you through the options during your consultation.
Everything lives in your own client portal, the schedule, the selections, the photos, the invoices. You’ll always know who’s coming and what’s next, and partway through the build, Greg reaches out personally to hear how it’s going.
Both. We assess the structure underneath first, then tell you honestly whether a repair serves you or whether the deck has reached the point where a rebuild is the wiser investment.
