A Note From Greg

If you found us by searching for deck builders in Brookhaven, the two things you probably want to know are who designs the deck and who builds it, and at Peachtree the people who design your project are the people who answer for it in your backyard.

Every custom project begins with a design agreement, and at our Design Center your deck or porch is rendered in 3D against your home, accurate down to the rooflines, so every decision is settled before construction starts.

– Jarrod Baer

Greg came out and spent plenty of time with me at my house discussing the project. The software he uses made it very easy to see the different options and exactly how it would look on our house. The quality of work was high and they left my property clean.

The Crew Behind the Work

Our field crews are led by Team Leaders Marcos J. and Alonso S., and painted finishes are overseen by Luis J., who has painted well over 500 high-end porches and decks.

There’s more about each of them on our about page.

What We Build Around Holly Springs

Custom Deck Building

Composite decks from Trex, TimberTech, MoistureShield, or Deckorators, designed from scratch for your house and lot, with framing upgrades in steel, aluminum, or fiberglass.

Porch Building

Covered and open porches with shed or gable roofs, designed to extend your living space and built to read as part of the house.

Pergolas & Patio Covers

Louvered roofs that adjust through the day and close tight against rain, plus open pergolas in aluminum, fiberglass, or vinyl that need no sealing, staining, or repainting.

The Path to a Finished Deck

Site Survey

Following a first phone conversation, we walk the yard with you to study the grade, the access, the sightlines, and how the house sits on its lot.

Elevations and a 3D Model

With the design agreement in place, our team drafts and engineers the project, and at our Woodstock Design Center you review it in 3D with the decking and railing samples in front of you.

Punch List

The build usually runs about six weeks, tracked in your JobTread portal, and closes with a walkthrough where we review every detail together and hand over your warranty.

Frames, Rails, and Finishes

Every Brookhaven deck sits on a frame specified for the job, with upgrades to Fortress galvanized steel, TimberTech aluminum, or Owens Corning fiberglass-reinforced lumber.

TimberTech’s aluminum framing carries a lifetime limited warranty on the major components, and Owens Corning’s fiberglass-reinforced lumber is made with 80% recycled content.

Railings are custom cable, metal, or composite, and a watertight drainage system with a finished ceiling can turn the space beneath the deck into a sheltered outdoor room.

AMN

Rated 5 out of 5

We have had three deck projects completed by Peachtree Decks and Porches. All of the work has been outstanding. Our latest project was a small front deck/steps.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you to Mike Estill, Alonso, and their team for another job well done!
