Far from Ordinary

The client advised us that several other contractors they met with could not figure out how to build their vision. We took that as a dare. The roof tie-in of the porch was complicated to engineer but doable with the right know how. We wanted to make it look like it was original to the house and not an add on, so we incorporated fiber cement stucco panels on the chimney exterior. The large, screened porch features a wood burning fireplace and leads out to a two-level deck that incorporates a lower level for a dedicated grilling deck.
