This home’s lakefront location warranted a spectacular and functional outdoor living space. Unfortunately, the original builder of the house fell pretty short. We designed and built a modern outdoor living space that included completely removing the existing porch and rebuilding a new one that is commensurate with the rest of the home’s finishes and provides a fabulous outdoor living experience for our clients. Cable railing was used to keep the view as open as possible. We’ve built several beautiful projects around Lake Sovereign in Canton and were thrilled to add this one to our portfolio.
