A typical porch remodel
A typical Porch remodeling project consists of:
- Removing the decking, railings/porch walls, and screens. Usually the existing roof and ceiling remains as-is for reuse but sometimes we replace ceiling finishes.
- Installing flashing tape over the existing floor framing
- Installing new composite deck boards or a new tile floor
- Installing a new porch wall system
- Installing new screens or EZE Breeze windows
- Installing new trim to complete the project
- Complete repainting top to bottom
We will carefully evaluate your existing structure before embarking on any porch remodeling project so that you can be sure your investment is a smart one.
Peachtree Decks & Porches does not take on partial deck and porch remodeling projects where only decking or only railing is replaced. In order for us to provide you with a project we’ll both be proud of, we have found it best to only deliver complete remodeling projects.
