The existing home had a very small, almost unusable screened-in area that was not functional or aesthetically appealing. This area was surrounded by a large builder-grade wood deck which was in bad condition. Our design where a new roof was built over the existing screened area was technically complicated to design and build but the result speaks for itself. The clients now have a large and functional outdoor living area with a gas fireplace and updated low maintenance composite deck.
