A Room To Bring The Outside In

A good sunroom gives you what you enjoy about being outside: the daylight, the view, and the feeling of open space without making you plan around rain, pollen, mosquitoes, or temperature.

Some are built from the ground up. Others begin with a porch or patio that already has good bones. In either case, the finished room should feel like part of the home and be comfortable enough to use far more often than the space it replaced.

What we plan into every sunroom or porch enclosure:

What Spotless Sunrooms Look Like

The difference is not simply how much glass it has. It is how comfortably the room lives, how naturally it fits the house, and how little attention it asks from you over time.

The Right Glass

We choose the glass around the way you want to use the space. It can reduce glare and heat while keeping the room bright, comfortable, and connected to the yard.

More View, Less Frame

Slim, powder-coated aluminum framing gives the enclosure strength without crowding the view. You notice the outdoors, not the structure holding the glass in place.

Matched to Your Home

The roofline, trim, colours, and proportions take their cues from your home. Whether built new or added to an existing porch, the enclosure should never look like an afterthought.

Useful Beyond Perfect Weather

Proper glass, seals, ventilation, and climate control keep the room comfortable through more of the year—not just during the few weeks when the weather cooperates.

An Existing Porch, Reconsidered

A porch you already have may be able to become a protected room without starting over. We assess the structure first and show you what can be enclosed, what needs improvement, and why.

One Team Through the Finish

We pull the building permit, handle the framing and the glass, and see it through to the finish, so the only thing left on your plate is deciding where the furniture goes.

Rooms We've Filled With Light

What to Know Before You Enclose With A Sunroom Or Porch

A screened porch uses screens, so it keeps the fresh air and the feel of being outdoors. A sunroom is enclosed with glass, which brings in the light and the view while keeping the weather, dust, and bugs out, and lets you use the room comfortably year round. We’ll help you decide which one suits how you want to live.
Usually, yes. Plenty of our sunrooms begin with a porch or patio that’s already there. We assess the existing structure and footing, then build the enclosure onto it, or rework whatever needs it to do the job properly.

It varies with the size, the glass, and how much of the existing structure we can use. Our projects generally start around $30,000. Once we’ve seen the space you’ll get a clear estimate, and we offer flexible financing if it helps spread the cost.

With energy-efficient glass and a little climate control, yes. A three-season room is lovely spring through fall, and a fully conditioned sunroom stays comfortable in the coldest and hottest months alike. We’ll build to whichever you’re after.

You do, and we take care of it. We pull the permit, build to code, and handle the inspection.

Very little. The glass and aluminum need no more than an occasional clean with a mild detergent, with none of the ongoing care a timber structure asks for.

How We Build Your Sunroom

Nearly everything we do is designed and built in-house, so the whole enclosure is planned with you before we start. Three stages, and you’re part of all of them.

01

Design

We settle the glass, the frame, the roof, and how it ties into the house, and you see it in 3D first.

02

Build

We prepare the base, set the frame, glaze it, and finish the interior, all tracked on JobTread.

03

Enjoy

A final walkthrough, then the room is yours, full of light and under our five-year warranty.

We added a new deck, under deck patio and a sunroom to our home and have been using the spaces every day since they were finished. They gave so many design options for all aspects of this project and the quality of the work is unmatched. We are so happy with our project!

We are very pleased with our new sun room and deck. Peachtree Decks and Porches were great to work with from initial design consultations through construction and finished job. From start to finish they were good at communicating with us.

Peachtree Decks and Porches installed EZ Breeze vinyl windows at my home, and did an excellent job. They met the budget, timeline, as well as followed through to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to trust them with another project.

What a Sunroom Actually Changes

Once a sunroom exists, your house will have a place people drift to without deciding to, and the rest of it will feel less closed in. Here’s what we bring to your project:

Everyone Has More Room

The sunroom gives conversations, meals, and family gatherings somewhere to spread out without crowding the kitchen or living room.

Less Cleaning, Fewer Bugs

Your furniture stays dry, the insects stay out, and you are not wiping away another layer of North Georgia pollen every few days.

The Whole House Feels Brighter

Walls of glass bring daylight beyond the sunroom and into the rooms beside it, making the back of the house feel lighter and more open.
